Testing equipment for axial displacement and axial load

1、 Equipment usage

The specified axial load shall be applied to the idler, and the test idler shaft (including bearing seat and sealing device) shall not be separated from the pipe body

2、 Standard requirement test method

1. Mt821-2006 test method:

Put the idler in the instrument tray, and apply 500N force alternately on both ends to calculate the axial movement value of the idler, and the movement value is less than or equal to 1.2mm

2. GB 10595-2009 test method:

When the alternating force reaches 500N, the force value needs to be kept for 1min, and then the calculation shows that the displacement value is less than or equal to 0.7mm
